Nice place to play billiards and punch machine like beasts

We like to play pool here on a Friday or Saturday night when we're in town for work. Have yet to see the place overly busy, seems like it's more geared to a younger crowd, as they play more current music, which I like! Staff is always friendly and will let you request songs to play. 2 dollars for a game of pool, dance floor. Not sure of drink specials, prices are pretty standard for this day in age. Overall a great place to let loose for a night. 2 thumbs up!

So... we went in for a late night snack on a Wednesday night and it took the bartender a LONG time (I’d say at least 10 minutes) to come over to us. It was VERY quiet and there were MAYBE 4 other people. We were almost about to walk out when she finally came over. She was nice but doesn’t understand customer service. No greeting when we walked in. It was more important for her to look at her phone and dig for a charger to plug in her phone. The poutine was pretty good though! The establishment does not carry any low calorie beers. Keto is all the rage these days and they do not carry michelob, 67, or Miller light. So I ended up not having anything. Fast forward to Thursday night.... we decided to come try it out one more time for Karaoke. When we arrived at 10:30pm there was no Karaoke. We asked about Karaoke the night before and the bartender said there was going to be. When we asked Thursday upon arriving she said... oh yep we are going to do it and they scrambled to get it together. We were then told they fired the previous host because they told customers to F@&$ off. Information that we really didn’t need to know. It’s unprofessional. So we waited until around 11 or so to get to do Karaoke. We sat at a table and watched this lovely girl try to host Karaoke... she did an alright job for sure, but she must step up her entertainer game. She was “voluntold” as the bartender put it. Still no service from the bartender. Had to ask the brand new Karaoke girl what was up with that, I said... does she not leave the bar?? and she went over and mentioned to the bartender. She then came over and asked us what we would like to drink. My main point here is that there was zero customer service. It is her job to serve and work the room to keep customers coming back. For a place that looks so nice the bartender needs to step up her game. She was a very nice girl! Don’t get me wrong but no greeting, having to ask for service, etc etc.... we won’t be back. It felt VERY disorganized. When we go out to spend our money we tip VERY well and expect service. On a positive side she didn’t charge us for our drinks (we only had 1 glass each of soda water and Diet Pepsi) Someone has invested a lot of time and money into this establishment and I’m certain they wouldn’t be happy with the lack of service. The bartender was more interested in her friends at the bar than the two new faces she’d never seen before. Again... we won’t be back.

Upscale interior. Bartenders were awesome. Prices were reasonable. Lots of options for entertainment.

It was nice atmosphere , it was the first time , I was in a bar where their was a dog in there , that wasn't personal care dog ? It was barking at a server , obviously this dog is not a trained dog . Their was another dog inside as well , with an older feller , the dog was older too , a lot more friendlier it came and said hi to me a couple of times before it's owner got him to lay down . Even older dogs can bite out of fear there eyesight isn't as good I know from experience visiting some new friends they too had an old dog , they said it was friendly it came running at me I stuck my hand out , while I stood there , it bit me , broke skin it a tally attacked my hand . They defined their dog , then they took me inside to was my hand , an bandage two fingers where the old broke skin . We , washed out the wound real good . Point is you can never trust strange dogs , especially if they bark is warning of ther fear towards strangers ! Dangerous dogs bark . I have been by many so called friendly dogs .

It was a great experience.. Club looks great and a great experience.. Best place to hang out in edson... Best service i got so far in a night club..

I don't know how this place manages to stay open wish how dead it is in there every weekend. I guess the VLT machines in the back are paying the bills.

Best club in town. Modern and classy. They have a stage and live entertainment. Friendly staff and just a good over all place to be. There is also the Howard Johnson hotel connected to the building which is convenient too.
